Cant open terminal

Sorry if it's a common problem but I need some advice pls.
I just jail broke my iPad version4 2 1 using green poison to get cydia.
When I use the d tunes to download the terminal will not open,I tried reinstalling it but same as.
Help please!!!!

That's where I found an iPad-compatible version of Mobile Terminal. I've used the one from there (successfully), so I'm pretty sure it'll work for you (I have iPad 4.2.1 with GreenPois0n jailbreak RC6.1).

And, if I remember correctly, if you go to that web site, you'll find instructions on how to use Mobile Terminal to change your password (if that's what you want it for...).
