Cannot log in to ICloud

When I try to log in to iCloud I get the ipad welcome site. I have deleted history, cookies, etc from Safari to no avail. Any thoughts?

I believe iCloud isn't compatible with mobile safari. I've used "atomic" web browser, it works but not as good as a PC's.
