Youtube videos no longer play after upgrading to iOS 6. They dont load in Safari .Tried Jasmine and Chrome without luck. I tried restore with backups and then restored to original without my apps. Still no luck more info: my friend brought over his ipad 2 and we could't down youtube videos even though on my PC's I don't have this problem. Could it be my router doing something funny?

I have iPad 2 with the same problem. I have reset, reset the wifi, and reset the network settings multiple times. Wimp videos and the Daily Show apps do work. I'd appreciate any suggestions to bring it back so I can feed my addiction.

Step 1: Open the Settings app and go to General > Restrictions
Step 2: Ensure that the YouTube app is set to On.
Step 3: try to view a webpage with an embedded video.

No, deleting history and cookies was not the solution. I followed a suggestion on another thread and changed my DNS settings to the Google DNS and that is what worked.
