Can i change my current Apple ID to me new @me.com without loosing any of my purchase history?

I do not believe so. Once you've used an Apple ID to make app purchases, that is the Apple ID you will have to use to keep those apps updated. They don't transfer to other Apple IDs. It's one of Apple's ways of ensuring apps aren't being used or given to anyone willy nilly.

You can always get with Apple to see if their policy has changed,mor if they will change it for you, but I've not heard of anyone being successful in getting apps moved to a new ID. Sorry.

It depends on what your current Apple ID is.

How to change the name you use for your Apple ID

Notice that the second paragraph says that ID's already ending in @mac.com or @me.com can not be changed. That is probably because they are linked to an email account; not just Apple ID names.
