US calendar: Settings/mail,contacts,calendar. In the email account section, select AddAccount/Other/Add Subscribed Calendar. Enter in: ical.mac.com/ical/US32Holidays.ics

5. Subscribe Calendar
6. Copy this ical.mac.com/ical/US32Holidays.ics and paste in the subscribe field
7. Click next and your done.
