Hi there, I used keynote remote on my iphone to control my presentations from my Ipad :), but now I can't connect both with bluetooth anymore :-( . The bluetooth logo appears on the iphone, not on the ipad anymore. Is Ios5 creating any pb?

Bluetooth runs fine on my device but you might need to re-pair your iPhone and iPad. If you go to Settings, General and Bluetooth, tell the iPad to 'forget' the iPhone and then pair the two again.

Good to hear from you. You’ll find a whole bunch of iPad enthusiasts in this Forum who are only too willing to help other iPad owners and to hear of their experiences. Don’t be afraid to post any questions you may have or use the ‘Search’ button near the top of the Forum web page. I usually find I discover one new interesting and useful piece of information about my iPad every day - and often not even what I was looking for!!

Hope to hear from you soon with your thoughts about the iPad.

Have fun and enjoy your iPad

Actually, I can't tell my Ipad to forget the Iphone, because Iphone doesn't show up as a detectable device. This is because the bluetooth logo is not even displayed on top right of the screen (not this problem with my Iphone though). Of course Bluetooth is activated on Ipad...

If the bluetooth logo is not showing up on the iPad's screen, then bluetooth is not turned on. It should be there, gray if there is no connected device, white if there is.

If it is on in Settings > General > Bluetooth, try turning it off, then back on again. If that does not work try a restart and/or a reset of the device, than go back into Settings and turn it on again. If none of that works, you may have to restore the iPad. If that does not work and you are still within your one year hardware warrantee, contact Apple. You may need a new iPad.

Restart: Hold down the power button until the power off slider appears. Slide it off. When the iPad finishes shutting down, hold down the power button again until the Apple logo appears.

and then a reset if that does not work.

Reset: Hold down the power and home buttons until the Apple logo appears. The iPad will reboot. This usually takes a bit longer than a restart.
