How on a PC you can fill in forms online and attach documents if needed.

Is this possible to do on the IPad? I have Ipad3 and need to attach my CV to a site. I know I can create a document etc but is it possible to attach to a site -- using only a iPad?

Yes you can just download airdisplay on apps store and after installing it download airdisplay on your computer and start pairing

NOTE: YOU MUST BE CONNECTED TO WIRELESS INTERNET

I have also heard that with IOS6 that Safari may now be able to upload, so give it a try from here first if you have updated to IOS6 already. I haven't as yet so can't try it out for you.
