Was surfing this week-end on the FutureShop website (like BestBuy for those outside of Canada). They currently are having a sale on the Playbook. How much? A 200$ rebate, almost half price...

Are we loosing another competitor like the Touchpad? It's pretty sad as it is a pretty neat piece of hardware too...


My sister is pretty mad as she bough one 2 months ago, at 479$...

I suspect that many potential tablet manufacturers have seriously overestimated how many tablets they'd sell. The iPad basically owns the market. I wouldn't be at all surprised to see further casualities along the way. Would you buy one, though, even at this discounted price?

RIM is out... Enterprise discounts are very deep right now as well. They are dumping hardware.
