Hello,

I want a tablet that can solve the following:

CURRENT: Print form (created in Word), take to site and complete, bring back and type up, email to customer
DESIRED: Create form on tablet, handwrite onto it when out on site, convert handwriting to text, email to customer

Can Ipad and available apps do this and if so which ones?

There is a way.

I could not remember any of the apps, so I did a search for 'create forms' in the Custom Google Search at the top of the website. This is the link I was thinking of, but if you brows the other results you may find more recommendations.
