Apple’s victory over Samsung in court affecting resale prices of Android devices

I agree with The Rambler. The court decision was disturbing because of the scope of rights it has given Apple, and because of the increasingly anti-competitive behaviour they are demonstrating. However, with Steve Jobs no longer with us, I wonder if they could still produce game-changing products or anticipate/create the next revolution. If not, it is only a matter of time before they get leapfrogged or blindsided.

That is true even if Steve was still with us. It is the way of things.
