Apple wireless keyboard - ctrl c -> ctrl v?

Is there a cydia tweak which can make me able to use ctrl c and v, to copy and paste?

It's an Apple device so it is the Command key (the key with a

symbol).
You use Command-C or Command-V to copy or paste respectively.
