A while back, we told you that Apple was interested in hiring a new head for its social media strategy and now we're seeing some first movements in this field. The company has launched a new Tumblr page dedicated to iTunes, which at the moment contains pictures, video and GIFs focusing on the "Best of 2014."
As you can see for yourself by visiting the link from below, Apple's iTunes Tumblr page features the familiar visual aspect of the company's official website, but it keeps in line with Tumblr's image-heavy style.
The webpage is broken into sub-dvisions for iTunes' major product categories — music, movies, TV and iBooks along with a short promo video running through the best content of 2014. So, if you're interested in the iTunes content, you'll probably want to follow the official iTunes Tumblr blog.
