With all the money poring in , Why can't they update the guide.
I am sure some of the application went through major changes like iBook.
and what about the Multitask .

Shame on them.
This is the guide I am talking about
Apple - iPad - Guided Tours

Well they did update the PDF version, the web version and the iBook version of the guide that has all the v4.2 features.

Nop. iBook is still the old one

Check it out. Maybe you mean that is was updated on some PDF file.

Here is a screen shot of my iBooks copy of the iPad User Guide and it shows the switch above the volume control as the Silent button, and not the screen orientation lock. The book also does talk about other iOS 4.2.1 features such as multi-tasking and the Game Center, etc.

I was talking about the video guide. See my link

Yeah, you two are talking about different things. Peled's discussing the Guided Tour videos, not the User Guide (manual).

Peled, I don't expect them to update the guided tours until the iPad2; they're not there to replace or even supplement the UG, they're for a general overview of the iPad's abilities and they still do a decent job of that.

Yep. iBook version is updated to 4.2

Check it out. Maybe you mean that is was updated on some PDF file.

iBook version is indeed updated. Download it again.

The video guide seems a waste of bandwidth to me.
