App to track usage

I am looking for an App to track how my son is using the iPad. I would like to know the following:

1. Time started, time stopped
2. time spent on each app on the iPad and website visited.

Is there an app that I can buy? Thanks.

Unfortunately not. Apps in the iPad cannot interact with each other in the way that this would require. All apps in the iPad are completely isolated from one another ('sandboxed') to prevent virus infection, so an app cannot monitor another app's activity.

If you were to jail break your iPad then, yes, this would be possible.
