App that is highly recommended for reading

I am looking for the app that is highly recommended for reading either PDF, word, excel and also make note, comment as if you are reading meeting material.....and make note, questions, highlight, etc. Any recommmendation?

I have goodreader but if there is better app, I would love to try. Thanks in advance!
