App store error

Since updating to 5.1 I cannot update or get any new apps. When I enter my password I see "unknown error". Have tried restart and reboot. No restrictions are set. Any ideas?

Okay I think I fixed it. I signed out at the iTunes store then signed back in again. I was then able to download an app. Strange!
