I am new to Ipad. I am looking for an App that will allow me to create a form that has the capability of both typing in a form field and allow signing. I would also need to be able to save in a file. I am a speech therapist and want to use this to take therapy notes, get a signature and file under the client name. I was looking at Form Connect but not sure. Anyone have thoughts?
