Air Display black screen

Hi everyone,

I just downloaded the Air Display app and it worked the first time (Although I could only see a part of my actual screen and not the whole thing - could't find a way to change the resolution). the second time I ran the app it just gives me a blank screen. I have tried altering the res of my monitor and when I make the iPad stand in portrait all I see it a still image of the top of the monitor at the bottom of the iPad. The rest remains black.

Please can someone help me?

I would reinstall on both the ipad and computer.
