Abroadband international roaming microsim trouble

For my iPad 3G I picked up a microsim from abroadband, which al PWA roaming for a flat fee. I cannot seem to activate it though, it hangs where I choose a payment form. Did anybody manage to properly activate using Paypal Esther than à credit card for payment?


Off topic: how do I switch off the incredibly annoying text autocompletion when typing?
