I have reset everything I can think of but the iPad Pro 10.5 replaces the word to include parenthesis as shown: (roku). I typed the previous word In all caps with no parenthesis’.
I even went to Settings/General/Keyboard/Text Replacement and it added the () to the word I tried to change...
