Not to worry. Millions of users have upgraded to 4.3.3 and as you said, there are no specific threads about issues. I've been using 4.3.3 since it launched and find it more stable than the previous version. I havn't had a crash yet with any of my memory intensive apps.

I've had several clear back covers. If you want quality, spend $25 and buy the best, be done with it. The SwitchEasy CoverBuddy is a class act. I haven't even been able to scratch it from the many surfaces it has rested on. It covers more of the iPad than the other clear covers, fits...

That's definitely a defective cover, get them to exchange or refund. I keep the Smart Cover on my iPad as it charges all night (usually 10 hrs. per night) and I have no sign of bleeding or burning.

I spent the same amount and have had none of those issues with my 2 ipad2s or the smart cover. So take yours back for exchange soon. You shouldn't have to put up with defective gear. Good luck!

They were great. They said that the warranty didn't cover dropping the iPad onto a tile floor and shattering the screen. But they went ahead and replaced it with a brand new one for free, same model and carrier. They said they would only do this one time.

Those lineas are the oils from your fingers that were already there. The microfiber on the inside of the cover soaked them up everywhere but where it doesn't actually touch the screen, in the fold recesses. Those you'll need to wipe off those remaining area with a microfiber cloth.

For typing angles you can fold either side out and it will be stable. For stand up position you can only fold the microfiber side out or it won't be stable.

I've never found Apple tech support to be sneaky. They will simply give you a new charger no questions asked. They gave me a free replacement when I dropped my ipad2 a shattered the screen. I'm sure they will take care if you.

I've had 3 (naked) iPads and have never had any scratches. I use a thick microfiber cloth, rub gently, and never use liquids. A good microfiber cleaning cloth will suck up fingerprints with very little pressure.

Only use a thick microfiber cleaning cloth to screen the screen. The cloth seems to absorb the oil with very light rubbing. Just gently swipe off any large grit or dirt before rubbing the screen. This is how I cleaned my original iPad for almost a year (3 or 4 times a day) and the screen...

I don't have any insurance. I don't even have AppleCare. They replaced my $829 iPad2 even though I told them it had fallen on a tile floor, screen side down. That's excellent customer service.
