Ever try Memory Pro, free or .99 cent version? It will clear out your memory from time to time. I go into multi-tasking view, remove apps that I am not using, then tun Memory Pro.

Besides updating the OS, you might think about downloading a memory-freeing app called Memory Pro or iClear Memory. The memory you need to clear may be the RAM memory, not the storage memory. Just a thought.
