    Thanks JA did as you stated ad it worked for a short while but now I have 18 APPS that are shaded and have the word 'waiting' underneath each one- waiting for what I ask. Been into the app col in settings but no clue there - any ideas pl QPCI

    IOS7 downloaded caused the whole system to crash,apps went black/blank and the Internet failed- after much button pressing and rests etc did a total BB shutdown at mains, restarted and rebooted WIFI and BB and all came back late last night. Still have my old Apple ID Applestore App showing...

    We'll Forumers,would you believe it, had a ISO 7 update email, downloaded it and installed,got 225 emails from where I know not!pressed some buttons along the lines suggested and BINGO all is back to normal with new software etc Thanks again mates Qpci out

    After BT acct closed changed email address to a gmail,did full I Cloud back up ,opened new Spple ID Acct and downloaded all apps from I Cloud BUT old Apple ID / store app was loaded. Can not change over to new pp or store as no app on screen etc. Have done a full and soft reset to no avail...
