I have had this same problem many times. If you are on a Mac you need to open terminal Applications>Utilities>Terminal and then type "defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles TRUE" enter "killall Finder" without the quotes. Afterward open up your hard drive and find the "etc" folder...

Dude the camera is 0.3 megapixels it's gonna be blurry. I find that the cameras work the best in bright light though so maybe try that.

I had the same problem but mine worked but wouldn't sync with iTunes and all my content showed up as "other."

Hello, I find it easier just to use iBooks and if it's a .epub it should work because that's what I do with my iPad.

The sync button is also "greyed out" and even when I make the changes the button doesn't change and also when I go into the file in the menu bar it says sync iPod not iPad and it is also "greyed out"

I did get iTunes 10.6 ilL try the hard reset and see if that works.

I tried that but all the sync buttons are "faded" and when I try to back up it works at the top for a second and then it just stops and leaves my iPad unchanged

Hi guys, I just got an iPad 2 running iOS 5.0.1 jailbroken with Absinthe 0.4 and when I plug it into iTunes to sync some apps the apply button in the bottom right hand corner doesn't work. Any ideas on how to fix this problem because I would like to be able to sync and not have to use the wifi...

You could try downloading a custom ipsw 5.0.1 and then in iTunes if you have a Mac hit control + restore and on a windows shift + restore and then search for the ipsw and restore it to 5.0.1 and see if that works but if it doesn't I would just upgrade and wait for the jailbreak. Hope this works.
