I'm a happy iPAD, iPOD user... My wife's a happy MACBOOK PRO & IPOD TOUCH user... PROBLEM: We got home from a 2week vacation & I hooked-up our friendly gatekeeper "iTUNES" in order to charge my iPOD Shuffle thru the PC. Ver 10 automatically downloaded & erased 65 songs in my library. No one in tech support can help retrieve them because they originated from CDs I downloaded. Beware of "iTUNES" until they fix their glitches!
