NEED HELP with ITunes. I know this may be out of the spectre of the Forum but it is about downloading into my iPad.
There is a TV show that will not download - Falling Skies. I have prepaid and get an email from Apple when it is available.
All you need to do is click on the email phrase and it automatically downloads. However, for the last 2 episodes, it only downloads the "extra" clip of 2-3 minutes.
I have checked the store and it says "no available downloads.
This has happened in the past and I called iTunes and they walked me through 3-4 quick steps and it was fixed (different shows)
Now THEY WANT $19 TO WALK ME THROUGH IT.
Needless to say, I am p.o about this charge. I think they are trying to gouge me when about a month ago, it was free.
Can anyone offer suggestions?
