how about those have jbn their ipads downgraded version to 3.2.1? can it still be upgraded to 4.2 then jbn again with SHAtter?

guys, have you ever encountered, on restart there are 2 thin vertical lines (seems like colors green, blue and red) just near the apple logo after your ipad has been jailbroken and cydia installed?
