Is it in Settings > General > Software Update? That's how I updated mine.

Went out and got one this morning...and haven't put it down much since I got home. This is an utterly amazing device! I spent quite a bit of time looking for the type of apps I want and giving them a go on this device. What a blast! I love it, :D
