ive asked apple about this and they were mystified, they only asked if was using quicktime which is compatable with apple videos i downloaded the video clips to laptop but they are upside down or horizontal not vertical and some dont fit the screen-too big any ideads would be appreciated

thank you for your ideas, since still in warranty i phoned apple, they told me what to do, nick you were right about backing up and restore, since icloud was only giving 5g storage free i used itunes on the laptop. The instructions were, connect the ipad to laptop, put mouse over my ipad icon...
