Nah its nothing sometimes when you add custom repositories some of the packages show some errors but nothing serious

Extract the zip file to c:/ and type cd c:/ in cmd before cd cinject_0.4.3 (cd is basically change directory) so before executing thecinject.exe windows need to find the right path for the file

The GUI version(where you need to click only next next) is not out for windows but you could use the cmd steps if you are too desperate

Found out the error It was Tinyumbrella setting host to cydia on exist(unchecking that option worked) rookie mistake;)

Nope sorry updating to version other than the latest version requires saved shsh blobs(there is faq regarding SHSH ).So as you can only save/or have blobs for 4.3.5 you can only update to that version

@f4780y So are we able to restore iPad2 3g with 4.3.3 if we had shsh blobs saved using TinyUmbrella or not I thought there was problem restoring 3g version's

You can never loose your 3g functionality only thing you will loose will be all your cydia apps if you restore to v4.3.5;) Besides even if you had saved shsh blobs for 4.3.3 like I did,you could still not restore to 4.3.3 if you have the 3g version for iPad2(not sure about this though)
