    iPad OS

I am much like you Diane. I migrated from windows to iOS. I purchased an iMac 2 years ago. Absolutely love it. Found a reasonable deal for a smart phone (When the phone has been paid for the monthly payments reduced to monthly "airtime" rental only. That is a good deal, not a rip off) and...

What music are you listening to right now!?!?

I have just been watching this. A Canadian Lad's performance of "Blue Christmas" by Elvis went viral and millions have seen it. Ellen DeGeneres decided to have him on the show to see if he is for real. http://www.upinspire.com/inspire/535/this-16-year-old-boy-sounds-ex Sent from my iPad3...

A cruise around the world-heritage fjord area of New Zealand

I kept meaning to find and read your cruise thread, Andrew. At last I have been able to view it. It's wonderful, and brings back happy memories of our cruise. I am fully with you about the splendour of the fjords. Nature has some fabulous places which are quiet and can encourage you to...

    Weather

Yup, we are getting the same very wet stormy weather down here, S.E of London. I caught the bus home at about 11.30 a.m., and the wind and driving rain was drumming hard against the bus. Gosh, what a Christmas we have ahead. :( Keep warm and dry everyone. Sent from my iPad3 using Tapatalk.

Let's add a wow, Leelai. Our neighbour loved her trip to Japan. Sadly we cannot now travel long haul. However your great photos and words have virtually transported us there. Cheers Richard :) Sent from my iPad3 using Tapatalk.

    iPad Air

I tried out an iPad Air at our Apple store today. Boy is it light! My wife wants an iPad or an iPad Mini. As she will be using the device indoors only, the air will win. I must check out our CEX store for selling on unwanted kit! I willbe interested to read how you get on with your...

    Weather

We are well above flood levels, if they occur. We had a foretaste of things at 2.30 am with strong wind gusts and heavy rain. Now it's dry with very very strong wind gusts, but no damage. Just bits I didn't stow properly scattered around the garden. I couldn't believe it, but ITV2...
