Thanks. I didn't understand that it was telling me to plug into Itunes. I'm off and running.

Got my ipad last night. Know absolutely nothing about them except from watching friends use them. They encouraged me to get one. Well I'm off to a great start. I turn it on and all I get is a usb cord showing plugged into Itunes symbol. I've charged it for a few hours (properly I hope). Anyway...
