For the record...I ordered zaggfolio for.iPad 3rd generation...they sent iPad 2 with a sticker on it...inside of the zagg has a "2" in it...they are slapping stickers on old ones...maybe not.all of them...but based off what I got and the rest of the complaints all over the net...a lot of people...

so heres an update. I got fed up and ended up peeling back the felt under where the ipad goes and i notice a retangle padding underneath. I took out the padding and replaced felt sheet. Now its easier to pull out. I'm convinced they just slapped a sticker on the old one and sent it to me...

I recieved the zaggfolio for ipad 3 today...supposedly that is. It fits pretty much just as snug as the ipad 2 zaggfolio i returned to my local store before ordering this one! Its fits..sure..its goes in ok...but taking it out is a real pain. The box had the works with ipad 3 sticker on it...
