I am not quite sure how I got my volume back. Luckily, someone suggested a good careful cleaning. I did that and it works now . Thank you.

Last night I didn't want to wake my husband. I turned down/off the volume. I can't get it back. I've gone to sound and turned it up. Ive shut it down and started up again. Still cannot hear videos. Any advice. I'm sure it's something simple. Thank you.
