no suggestions...its not possible? wrong thread?

Hello i would like to transfer a file i downloaded from my wifi HD from the DIsk manager App to the Mediaplayer App... i would need some sort of file manager of dedicated app to do so... any ideas? (i know i could stream directly from wifi but i want to save battery on the wifi HD) off course...
