Have recently downloaded some themes to my iPad and having some problems with the themes not wanting to change the LS and springboard. The are all the complet themes and is not changing those 2 things everything less is fine. Any help will be appreciated Magnum

i am having trouble installing apps from the app store i am using an ipad2,4 non jailbroken . when i type passwor in then it goes back to home screen the app just sits there just says "waiting" any help would be appreciated -Magnum
