I have just done a reset on my ipad 3 I waited till I saw the apple logo, but as stated it will not start.

Can someone point me to a manual or help section re the above iA writer I am trying to copy from a web page and paste it into writer but I am totally lost as to what to do, nothing seems to work, I just simply don't know how to use it. I downloaded it from apps from my ipad 3.

How do I change country from USA to AUSTRALIA I changed from Australia to USA thinking I could get a better selection of books in iBooks but now I want to change back to Australia but it looks like I am still in USA, the map at the bottom of terms and conditions still has the USA flag
