I just got off the phone with apple support. If you are syncing photos from a PC then is the norm. You are stuck with only being able to sync one folder at at a time. Therefore this only allows you to have one photo library on your ipad. That sucks. You have to put all the photos you want in one...

Support is calling Apple support is supposed to call me today. Maybe they can help resolve this. I will post if they do.
