They don't make a 2tb sd card though...and if they did that would be mad expensive. The largest available is 128gig and that's around $180. And is still 1/5th of the storage of the goflex, and that is $180. I downloaded both apps, and the goflex seems streamlined and very simple to use...

I think these things are great... I'm seriously considering the GoFlex Portable... 500 gig is ridiculous, but will be great for when the kids want to watch two different movies in the car... oh wait... I need another iPad...

You have one? How is it used? Do you need to connect it to your wi-fi router or use it in ad-hoc mode? Does it get its own IP address? Is it HTML manageable? Sorry for so many questions... ;)

I tried... It turns on when you plug it in.. EDIT: You can turn it off when its already pluged in... Now I would have to test this out... ;) !!

Well what I've found so far in the week that I've had the iPad 3, is that there is a skydrive app made by Microsoft which allows you to connect to a cloud of 25 gig and retrieve files you need... Try it, it may work fine for you..

I did not upgrade.. First time apple iPad buyer... The new ipad @ 32gig, 4g verizon. I've been thinking about returning it because it's just so darn expensive, but then I open it up again and I just love the display and the smoothness of it.. It is an amazing tablet..
