Ya...when they said $300 I laughed and asked to speak with a manager. $150 seemed reasonable, but it was like pulling teeth...:(

Just got back from the apple store in Ardmore, Pa. Had to battle with a manager & employee for 10 minutes to get a replacement down from $300 to $150...fun. Like I said after 15 months of use 75% of the screen went black.

Using my Ipad 1 last night while watching the Phillies game..no issues. Head up to bed turn it back on and half the screen is BLACK! No dropping. Tried rebooting reseting, no luck. I have an appointment on Monday at noon and I am hoping for a similar outcome as the ones that I have read in...

I used Aiseesoft's DVD to IPad converter (34.99) and it could not be easier. The only thing I cant figure out is how to copy the chapter selection other than that it works great! I now have Jaws, Back To School & Return of the Jedi on my pad :D If anyone knows how to copy the chapters...

It shouldnt interfere with the plane as long as I turn off the WiFi & Bluetooth correct? Why is it that the non 3g version doesn not have airplane mode? Thanks for the help guys!
