Thanks, restarting it worked.

When I try to watch programs on Prime or Netflix, I get as far as the play button. Then after that, the circling arrow just goes around and around. This was never the case until about a week ago. Before thgat there was no problem. Any ideas?

Problem solved. Noticed a similar problem in 2012 and tried the suggested solution. It's now working!

My iPad will not connect to the internet in spite of a strong connection on my iMac, an android phone and a windows lap top. The device is connected to my wi-fi, wi-fi is turned on, and Airplane Mode is turned off. Have a switched off something that I shouldn't have?
