I checked iFixit already and there is no teardown manual of a iPad 2 3G where they are talking about "that thing" on top of the iPad but maybe I overlook it?

I need a part for my iPad 2 16gb + 3g but I can not find it in any shop and don`t know what kind of part it is. I`ve looked at ebay, sw-box and searched on several forums but I still don`t know what it is. It`s a iPad 2 16gb + 3g original from Netherlands. Could anyone give me a hint? A...
