It is at all possible to automatically sync changes made to contacts and calendar entries on my iPhone through Microsoft Exchange to my iPad? Upon setting up the Microsoft Exchange account on both devices i ensured that the calendar, contacts and mail were selected to sync.

I have removed my corporate exchange account, and after deleting it, the three applications reappeared on the home screen. Can you imagine that - I would never have thought of doing that.

I have also thought about it being deactivated due to the facility not being available in my country (South Africa). Unfortunately we don't have a discussion forum for the iPad2 so advanced yet, sine it was only launched a week or so ago.
What made me think otherwise...
I recently synced my iPad with iTunes, whereafter these 3 default applications disappeared from the iPad. Uncertain of the cause, I restored the iPad to it's factory settings and it once again displayed on the iPad.
However another sync to iTunes delivered the same result.
What may the cause...
