A simple google for "iPad game AppleTV" brings up a bunch of links either for apple tv enabled games or review pages.

There are a bunch of apps that can do this. OnSong is by far the most popular, arguably with the most features but also complex. There's also SongSheet, MySongbook, Chord Chart, etc. Each one has its strengths and weaknesses.
