That’s not possible. Only says my iPad is up to date. It has had 12.5.5. So that’s not correct at all.

I have an iPad Air 2. I’m stuck on update 12.5 Many of my tv streaming apps does not function properly longer . I need to update to 14. I don’t get any automatic software updates anymore. Help! How resolve this. Edit: yup, it’s not iPad Air 2. Only described as iPad Air model nr: MD789KN/A
