I'm trying to sign out on my daughter's ipad so I can set up family sharing with my ipad. When I try to sign out it doesn't recognise the password but when I try and reset the password it doesn't recognise the Apple id. Has anyone got an idea what I can do?

I've got an Ipad air Cellular with an EE data SIM. A while ago i stopped being able to receive any data. Where the EE signal strength bar used to be in the top left of the screen it now just says "Searching..." all the time wherever I am. Does anyone know the reason for this? Thanks in advance...
