Well, I tried resetting it again now there is a mobilesubstrate issue. The problem is that whenever I boot I get the mobilesubstrate safe mode. If I boot while holding the volume+ button the iPad boots normally without mobilesubstrate safe mode no cydia or any cydia apps in my homescreen...

Hello, Thanks for your reply. I'm on windows 7 64 bit. I tried turn it the ipad off and back on. I tried Apple's suggestions on their page dedicated to solve this issue i.e delete all Apple softwares and services reboot and download a fresh version and install it. No luck. Other iDevices connect...

The only solution I found is to turn off your ipad and turn it back on. It seems to be a hardware bug in iPads.
