Restart the iPad, (hold power button until the slide comes up and says: "Slide to power off") then wait a few minutes and hold the power button to turn it on. Then try Facebook. If that doesn't work, re-download the app again, in case it didn't download correctly.

On my iPad, the time zones are to type in a city, and it will use it's time zone. If you are sure the time zone is correct, try restarting the iPad (power off then on).

I think there is already a topic on this. HP ePrint Home & Biz might be what your looking for, considering its an HP printer. If not, try searching 'Print' or 'Printer' in the app store, you will get lots of useful results.

Try messing with the volume button on your iPad, it can control rotation if set in Settings.

Try rebooting your iPad (on/off button + Home button). And then try sending the picture to the desired person. If it still doesn't work, try resetting the device. If none of the above works, contact Apple Support, although you should wait for a few more replies before contacting.
