Mailer (App Store Link)

Mailer Mailer allows to create newsletters (even using HTML and CSS) and send them to a group of people (also in batch, if you setup SMTP within the app).

"Mailer" can do this (you can add documents to the mailer app via iTunes, Open in..., or via Download and use them as attachments).

You can create a rich text mail (i.e. an HTML mail) by some third party apps. For example mine: - HTML Mail Editor - Mailer - Mailer Lite You may also try - Markdown Mail
