This did work, the reset. But now I am not hearing any sounds. They are set for mail, Facebook, etc. but I hear nothing. I had typing sounds too. Do I need to do something to get them back? I got it now. I had the lock on for rotation and it put it back to mute!

I got a router for our up north home so I could use my iPad 3. I can send mail from any of my accounts. But it is not receiving mail. Anyone know what I need to do? At my regular home it does all these things with no problem. Internet works fine. I solved it myself, thanks.

I typed an email and put in a smiley. Sent it to myself. Saw it on the iPad but not on my computer. There were empty boxes. Sent one to a friend too and she didn't see the smiley on her computer.

I just learned about the emoji keyboard on my new iPad. But when I send a smiley face the other person does not see it. Am I doing something wrong?

I use my new ipad for a reader. Also, my husband is always on my computer and now I don't care. I do email and Internet. Also it takes awesome pictures and video. In other words I LOVE my iPad and use it constantly.
